Directions: The Capitol Building is in Salem, Oregon, just off of Interstate 5. Click here for Mapquest directions.
Parking: The State Street side of the Capitol (south) has 2-3 hour limit meters. The north side, where the rally will be, has a ten hour limit on most meters. It takes 3 quarters per hour, so you should bring 10-15 quarters to cover the bill.
There is an underground garage across from the Capitol, but it is mostly reserved. You might find a space there, and there are meters there as well.
